I offer two types of equine photoshoots.
Your Horse on Location
Out in nature
I am happy to meet you at your yard, or at any other suitable location such as beaches, woodlands or fields within 15 miles of Folkestone, Kent. We can even photograph your horse in their own field if that's where they feel happiest!
If you aren't comfortable in front of the camera, don't worry! I will be your hype woman and I can gently guide you if needed.
But to be honest, all you need to do is spend time with your horse. I'll do the rest.
If you would prefer only to have photos of your horse, then there's no pressure from me, we can do that too. During the shoot if you change your mind, and you decide you do want to step into the photos then go for it!
You can book these sessions for a child as long as they are well supervised by a responsible adult. While I don't currently offer a client wardrobe for children, I am happy to provide styling guidance.
Black Background
Fine Art style
Black background photoshoots might look like you need lots of complicated lighting equipment but you don't! All we need is a natural light and a suitable location - a barn, stable, field shelter - anywhere we can position the horse so they are in the light, while the setting behind them is dark. If you'd like a black background shoot, we can talk about whether your location is suitable.
I am happy to mix and match Black Background and Location shots as long as we can achieve that within the session time.
